Sculpture: Inhabiting Geometry

"Inhabiting Geometry" by Anne Tyng
On exhibit at the Institute of Contemporary Art.

This installation realizes the ambition of all Anne Tyng’s work: to inhabit geometry. Since the fifties, she is a pioneer of habitable space-frame architecture.  Tyng applies natural and numeric systems to build forms on all scales, from urban plans to domestic spaces.
